Hayman's elegant 1963 Silver Cloud Rolls Royce is available for couples wishing to be chauffeured to their ceremony in style. This magnificent vintage vehicle features a spacious interior and rich leather upholstery with the bride and groom wending their way to the ceremony setting in supreme comfort and luxury.
CEREMONY SETTINGS
STELLA MARIS CHAPEL
Nestled in the hills of the island, beautiful Stella Maris Chapel enjoys lush, tropical surrounds and breathtaking vistas of the resort, Whitsunday Passage and neighbouring islands. This stunning outlook, complemented by the chapel's rich Queensland timbers, ceiling to floor glass walls and expansive veranda, offers a magnificent setting for ceremonies of up to 40 guests.
OUTDOOR ISLAND LOCATIONS
Couples can conduct their ceremonies in personally selected, outdoor island locations. Tranquil ponds, gently cascading waterfalls or picturesque manicured gardens provide spectacular backdrops for your ceremony.
THE FORMAL GARDEN
Hayman’s famous avenue of Phoenix palms and fountains, The Formal Garden is a magnificent and popular choice for ceremonies.
HAYMAN BEACH AND REEF
For a beautiful Hayman wedding experience, the pristine sands of Hayman Beach, fronting the sparkling Coral Sea, provides the perfect backdrop for your ceremony. Couples can also choose to conduct their ceremony aboard one of the resort's white luxury launches or yachts for a truly unique ceremony experience amidst crystal clear Whitsunday waters.
RECEPTION CELEBRATIONS
Beautiful La Fontaine is available for private bookings, offering an elegant environment for your wedding celebrations. The restaurant’s sense of grand occasion is created by a blend of soft and rich tones and ambient lighting amid Louis XVI furnishings, Waterford crystal chandeliers and a magnificent central limestone fountain.
A Private Dining Room, seating 14 and adjoining La Fontaine is also available for exclusive use. The dinner setting is of Regency Mahogany with room appointments including a dome ceiling painted in 23-carat gold, a Waterford crystal chandelier, 17th Century marble fireplace, 19th Century bronze firedogs and paintings from the Heidelberg School.
Hayman offers special wedding accommodation rates for family and friends.
The lodgement of intention to marry is required at least one month and one day prior to the ceremony. The celebrant or religious representative will forward relevant documents once the ceremony has been booked.
Prices are based on a maximum 10 people at the ceremony. Prices for additional guests are available on request.
Additional charges may apply for a sunset ceremony if overnight accommodation is required for the celebrant or religious representative.

All prices listed are for payments by cash. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax. Hayman accepts cash, travellers cheques and all major credit cards including American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. Hayman applies a 1.5% surcharge for Visa and Mastercard transactions and a 3.5% surcharge for American Express, Diners Club and JCB transactions. EFTPOS facilities are available however limits apply. Hayman does not accept personal or business cheques unless approved prior to arrival.
